Return Policy
At Classo, we want you to be completely satisfied with your school uniform purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
Return Conditions
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached
- Items must be in their original packaging
- Customized or embroidered items cannot be returned
- Sale or clearance items are final sale unless defective
How to Return
- Contact our customer care team to initiate your return
- Pack items securely in original packaging
- Ship the return to the address provided by our team
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective
Refund Policy
Once we receive and inspect your returned items, we will process your refund within 7 business days.
Refund Details
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
- You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been processed
- Please allow 5-7 additional business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable

If you need a different size or item, we're happy to help! Contact us and we'll arrange an exchange for you. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately with photos. We will arrange a free return and provide a full refund or replacement.
